Vilalay, LLC provides online educational courses and digital products in the areas of femininity, intimacy, and personal development. All courses are available in digital format through the GetCourse platform after payment.

• The Woman Men Can’t Forget — online course priced at $197

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our websites or purchasing our products, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• All information you provide when placing an order is accurate
• You have read this Agreement and agree to its terms

3. Registration and Account

Upon purchasing a course, an account will be created for you on the GetCourse platform. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• All actions taken using your account
• Notifying us immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

4. Payment and Pricing

Payment methods:

We accept payment via PayPal and other secure payment systems. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All applicable taxes are included in the product price — the buyer does not bear any additional tax obligations. The price in effect at the time of placing the order is final for that transaction. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment security:

5. Access to Courses

Granting access:

After successful payment, you will receive access to the course through the GetCourse platform. An access link will be sent to the email address you provided within a few minutes of payment.

Access period:

Course access is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Technical requirements:

To view the course, you will need a stable internet connection and a device with a modern browser, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Personal use:

Access to the course is provided exclusively for personal use. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

Refund conditions:

We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• You have watched fewer than 7 lessons of the course, or
• You have not accessed the course at all

How to request a refund:

• Your name
• Email address used at purchase
• Course name
• Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
• You have watched 7 or more lessons of the course
• The course was purchased at a special promotional price with a no-refund condition

7. Intellectual Property and DMCA

All course materials, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, PDF materials, texts, images, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Vilalay, LLC and are protected by United States copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, DMCA, and international legislation.

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials
• Downloading video lessons from the GetCourse platform by any means
• Selling or transferring materials to third parties
• Using materials for commercial purposes
• Creating derivative works based on course materials
• Recording video lessons by any means
• Publishing course materials on social media or other public platforms

DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice:

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to info@vikisolaracademy.com including:

• A description of the alleged infringement
• Your contact information
• Your electronic signature

Copyright infringement carries legal liability under applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Class action waiver:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Vilalay, LLC.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party failures.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement together with the Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vilalay, LLC with respect to the use of our websites and courses and supersedes all prior arrangements.

20. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of our websites after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new version of the Agreement. The current version of this document is always available on our websites.
